He has been working as a lawyer since 1999, when he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. Between 2011-2012 he studied Russian language in Belarus. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the Academic and Professional Development Committee, the Arab Regional Forum, the International Law Association and the European Law Institute. Mr. Köse provides legal services in English and Russian languages.
