Your personal data specified below are processed by Emre Burak Onat (“Ankalex“) on behalf of Ankalex Attorney Partnership for the purposes of keeping a record of the persons to whom the newsletter is sent within the scope of the subscription relationship and delivering the newsletter requested by the subscriber within the scope of the subscription relationship.

Processed data: Name, Surname, Subscriber e-mail address.

Your processed personal data may be transferred to Google (Google LLC) and Brevo (brevo.com) abroad for the purposes of maintaining the records of the persons to whom the newsletter will be sent within the scope of the subscription relationship and sending the newsletter to the subscribers in bulk.

You can send your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, which regulates the rights of the person concerned, to Ankalex’s [email protected] address.

To process, use, record, store my personal data of name and surname obtained by Ankalex for the purpose of keeping the records of the persons to whom the newsletter is sent within the scope of the subscription relationship, and to transfer my personal data of name, surname and e-mail address abroad within the above-mentioned location, purpose and limits in order to maintain the records of the persons to whom the newsletter will be sent within the scope of the subscription relationship and to send the newsletter to the subscribers in bulk, I hereby declare, accept and undertake that I allow Ankalex to share my personal data with third parties, to keep it under record, to store it, to allow the storage to be made through third party business partners, to inform me for what purpose my personal data will be processed by Ankalex, to whom and for what purpose it will be transferred, and all other necessary information within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
